		<description>I don&#039;t think I said rivers and condos were incompatible, but to clarify, I think that spot is perfect for a park like the one in Portland. It is too narrow for both in this case. If there were a bigger footprint that would be a great tandem, but given the limits, I think it is our last chance to establish a jewel like that. Build condos nearby if you want, but that spot is truly rock star parking.

As for time, I wish I had more of it. 30 hour days still wouldn&#039;t be enough but this city is a labor of love.</description>
